Susi

Susi is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and has been teaching Yoga since 2011. 
She loves the way that yoga creates a safe place to work on self-trust,
self-love and to humor our humanity.

She teaches yoga to share the gifts she has received: a practice that builds strength,
flexibility and balance, unwinds your mind, releases tension
and creates space for tranquility, within the balance of effort and ease.
