
Jamie has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and has
been teaching since 2020.
She holds a 200 E-RYT designation from Yoga Alliance
and has received certifications in chair, trauma-informed,
somatic, and restorative yoga as well as breathwork and
sound healing practices.
Jamie designs her classes to soothe students’ nervous
systems while releasing tension and tightness
in the body through a balance of ease and effort.
